Cargo Cult is a new track by Gyratory System - a live/electronica project started by producer Andrew Blick. A free download, available in the run up to the release of debut album 'The Sound Board Breathes'. Gyratory System take conventional musical sounds, shatters them into small pieces, processes them and reassembles them, to create the sound of a distorted marching band stopping off to pick up a rhythm section at Lagos en route to a rave in Dusseldorf.

Gyratory System gradually emerged from a succession of improvisational trumpet projects and collaborations that led the late John Peel to joke that he was going to have Blick barred from the BBC's Maida Vale studios as he'd featured on so many sessions.
